Athlevel Studio is a sports institution that focuses on providing group lessons, personal training and other services to optimize and improve health. There are situations in which your data is collected by Athlevel Studio. It is therefore good that you know what is done with it and how you can indicate your wishes regarding your data. TARGET DATA
Personal data is collected by Athlevel Studio for a number of purposes. These are explained below.
1) Sending newsletters
Athlevel Studio sends newsletters via email. These newsletters are commercial on the one hand and aimed at knowledge sharing on the other. Your first name and email address will be collected via the appropriate form on the Athlevel Studio website. In addition, you may be asked verbally or textually to register.
2) Contact us
Your data will be collected if you contact Athlevel Studio via the website. However, this form only asks for the necessary information to be able to offer a proposal or a service, such as your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and project description.
3) Analytics

RECIPIENTS
The data that Athlevel Studio receives and processes is managed by:
1) Mail Chimp
The newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. The moment you sign up for the newsletter, your e-mail address and first name are automatically saved in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.
2) Google Suite
Athlevel Studio’s email is hosted at Google Suite. If you contact us via the forms or by e-mail, those e-mails will be stored on the Google Suite servers.
STORAGE PERIOD
Your data will be stored for a longer period of time at Athlevel Studio, but never longer than is necessary for the performance of activities, unless we have to keep your data longer on the basis of a legal regulation.
1) Sending newsletters
Your email address and first name are stored in Mailchimp. The storage of your data is for an indefinite period of time. You can unsubscribe whenever you want by sending an email to info@AthlevelStudio.nl
2) Contact us
The moment you contact Athlevel Studio by e-mail, the data you send, such as your name, company name and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. These emails are stored for a maximum of two years.
3) Analytics
The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
SECURITY
No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data managed by Athlevel Studio or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed via the above software and is protected with a password and where possible with two-step verification.
With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Athlevel Studio. This code must be used during the login process. The devices that access your data are each also locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access your data is limited to only the necessary devices.
In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the Athlevel Studio website is private. You can recognize this security by the green lock in front of the url.
YOUR RIGHTS
1) Right of access
